Why I Work At ARC

I started my career at Ontario ARC in 1987. Initially, I thought it would be an ideal job to have while my kids were young. Twenty-three years later, I’m still here and I love it. I knew right from the beginning that the nursing positions at Ontario ARC are well-respected by everyone, and that’s not necessarily true for nursing positions elsewhere. In addition, I have the opportunity to work independently and am given autonomy. No two days are ever the same. My co-workers are amazing – they love their jobs and it’s a pleasure to work in that kind of environment.
