Custodial
 Abbey Industries provides custodial services to local
business, government, educational, child care and day treatment settings. Daily or weekly
service is provided depending upon the customer needs. Duties performed include:

- dusting
- glass cleaning
- sweeping, mopping,
stripping, waxing of tile floors
- vacuuming, burnishing, extraction and shampooing
of carpets
- cleaning and sanitizing of rest rooms
- trash removal and recycling
- replenishing of paper supplies

Recycling |
Abbey Industries provides two small group employment opportunities in recycling
environments. The first community work
site is the sorting of office and newspaper, plastics and colored glass for Ontario
County.
The second work site is part of a bottle
redemption operation. In both cases the items are recycled, saving valuable natural
resources. |
