Ontario ARC's  regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

From Syracuse/Albany/New York City:  Travel West on the New York State Thruway to Exit 43.  After the tollbooth, turn right and follow the signs for 21 South.  Travel approximately 5.2 miles and turn left onto County Road 22.  Proceed to the end of County Road 22 and turn left onto County Road 4.  Take an immediate right onto County Road 10.  At the flashing light, turn left onto County Road 46.  Travel approximately 1.8 miles and turn right onto County Complex Drive. Continue straight after the stop sign.  Ontario ARC is the last building on the left.

From Rochester/Buffalo:  Travel East on the New York State Thruway to exit 44.  After the tollbooth, travel straight on Route 332 into Canandaigua (332 eventually becomes Main Street also).  After the Canandaigua Main Street stores, turn left onto Phelps Street at the flashing light (Phelps Street will eventually become County Road 46).  Travel approximately 3.5 miles and turn right onto County Complex Drive.  Continue straight after the stop sign.  Ontario ARC is the last building on the left.

From Bloomfield/Avon:  Travel East on 5&20.  Turn left onto County Road 10 (there is a Mobil gas station on the corner).  Travel approximately .8 miles and turn right onto County Road 46. Travel approximately 1.8 miles and turn right onto County Complex Drive.  Continue straight after the stop sign.  Ontario ARC is the last building on the left.

From Geneva/Penn Yan:  Travel West on 5&20.  Turn right onto County Road 47 (there is a sign for the County Complex).  Travel approximately 2 miles and turn left onto County Road 46 (there is a sign for Ontario ARC).  Travel approximately 1.5 miles and turn left onto County Complex Drive.  Continue straight after the stop sign.  Ontario ARC is the last building on the left.
